June 9, 2016Hwang, Devlin Welcome North Stratfield Students, Educators to Capitol
Sen. Tony Hwang and Rep. Laura Devlin on June 9 welcomed to the historic State Capitol fifth grade students from North Stratfield Elementary School in Fairfield.
Hwang and Devlin took questions from students, explained the legislative process, and discussed how legislative debates are conducted. Hwang and Devlin then presented an official state citation to longtime North Stratfield teacher Adele R. Josovitz, who is retiring this year.
