EVERY HERO HAS A STORY: That’s the theme of the Easton Public Library’s Summer Reading Program for kids and tweens/teens this year. Last year, Easton students read about 2,800 books over the summer. The library is upping the ante this year and hopes kids will hit the 3,000 book mark. Aside from enjoying the many benefits of reading, students in the summer reading program are eligible for prizes based on the number of books they read. The Summer Reading Program runs through Friday, Aug. 14, and kids can still sign up! For more information, stop by the library or visit www.eastonlibrary.org.
