With insurance companies in the Connecticut health insurance exchange requesting massive premium hikes, state Sen. Kevin Kelly, R-21st, is calling on the majority party in the Connecticut state legislature to schedule a public hearing between the insurance committee and insurance companies to determine why rates are increasing. The senator, a ranking member of the General Assembly’s Insurance and Real Estate Committee, appeared on Front & Center with host Dan Lovallo.
