Senator McKinney opens up informational hearing on Senate Bill 1098 [Video]

State Senator John McKinney (R) Fairfield, opens up an informational hearing on Senate Bill 1098 at the Legislative Office Building. The bill proposes to impose a state mandate on the financial structure of the Catholic Church in Connecticut. The hearing drew over 3,500 people to the State Capitol in opposition to the bill.
