Legislative Leaders Call for Review of Sexual Harassment Policies in State Capitol

On January 26, legislative leaders requested that the General Assembly’s Office of Legislative Management conduct a review of its sexual harassment policies and prevention training requirements.

Leaders on both sides of the aisle asked for the review of sexual harassment prevention policies, which were last revised in 2014, to see if they can be further strengthened.

In their letter to the Office of Legislative Management, the leaders also suggested expanding sexual harassment prevention training requirements.
