State Employee Wage Contracts

Earlier this month, Connecticut Senate Republican lawmakers requested the governor’s administration share all proposed state employee wage contracts with us. While the administration released its pension and benefits contract, they denied our requests for the over three dozen wage contracts for the individual bargaining groups.

It was only after the state employee unions approved these contracts that the administration shared them with legislators.

In an effort to be as transparent as possible, we want to make sure the public is aware of what’s in all these contracts, so we’ve made them all available below. The legislature now has a responsibility to approve or deny these contracts.
