Red Cross Urges Eligible Donors To Donate Blood

December 13, 2016

The American Red Cross is urging eligible donors to give the gift of blood donation during the month of December. Unfortunately during the holiday season donations actually decline while the needs of patients remain the same.

Donors of all blood types are needed this holiday season to help ensure that there is a sufficient supply for hospital patients. Additionally, those who come to donate December 22 through January 8 will receive a long-sleeved Red Cross T-shirt, while supplies last.
