Sen. Seminara & Rep. Case: Delayed payments to PCAs are “unacceptable.”

Sen. Lisa Seminara and Rep. Jay Case, the Ranking Members of the legislature’s Human Services Committee, today issued the following statement regarding delayed payments from the State of Connecticut to Personal Care Attendants (PCAs).
“PCAs provide essential care and support for our most vulnerable residents. They must be compensated in a timely manner without disruption. Delayed payments are unacceptable. Every PCA must get paid on time for the vital home care services they provide.”
