Sen. Cicarella Applauds Apprehension of Suspect in Fatal North Branford Hit-And-Run  

State Sen. Paul Cicarella (R-North Haven), ranking member of the Public Safety and Security Committee, today applauded news that the suspect in a fatal March hit-and-run in North Branford is in custody:

“Thank you to all law enforcement involved in apprehending the suspect of this senseless crime, finding him thousands of miles away in Florida. This is a great example of cooperation between our local agencies, along with local businesses that assisted law enforcement in the investigation. It’s important to continue to highlight the good work that they’re doing each day. Although this does not erase the pain and suffering of the victim’s family, at least the suspect must now face our judicial process and justice can be served,” said Sen. Cicarella.
