Paul Cicarella, and Supervisor Pauline Graziano at the McDonald’s/North Branford Jan. 3 celebration of Janet’s hard work to earn her associate degree in management from Colorado Technical University through the McDonald’s Archways to Opportunity program. Archways is available to all McDonald’s employees after just 90 days of employment and pays up to $3,000 per year, every year, for any accredited higher education or training program. Janet’s education path was free to her with a partnership that McDonald’s has with Colorado Technical University for degree programs with their institution.

Rep. Candelora and Sen. Cicarella said, “Congratulations to Janet for this tremendous accomplishment. Also, thank you to McDonald’s/North Branford for their investment in local workers, which enables them to gain the education and training needed to advance their careers.”
