Sen. Seminara Updates Canton Seniors; Encourages Feedback

CANTON  – Sen. Lisa Seminara on Sep. 28 met with area seniors at the Canton Community Center to discuss issues and new laws impacting elderly residents. Seminara, the Ranking Senator on the legislature’s Aging Committee, reviewed bipartisan legislation she supported which protects seniors from scams and abuse and answered questions from attendees. Seminara said she enjoyed the interactive dialogue with area seniors and thanked Canton officials for allowing her to host the forum.
