Senator Paul Formica addresses the Senate Circle for the final time ahead of his retirement.

“I was honored to have the opportunity to say thank you, and reflect on what the last eight years have meant to me. It’s been an incredible privilege to represent the people of the 20th District in the State Senate. Connecticut is the greatest state in the greatest country in the world, and the institution of our legislature representing the voice of every person is magnificent. How lucky I’ve been to be able to be a small part of it.”
