Roadwork Alert: Route 800 in Torrington

A Milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Route 800 in the City of Torrington, from Church Street to Burrville Quarry No. 4.
The project consists of milling and resurfacing a 5.85 mile of Route 800 Torrington.
MILLING: Sunday, August 7, 2022 – Monday, August 22, 2022
RESURFACING: Tuesday, September 6, 2022 – Tuesday, September 20, 2022
LANE CLOSURE INFO:
Motorists can expect delays and one-lane alternating traffic. The work schedule for this project is Sunday through Thursday from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. with some daytime milling & paving scheduled for the Section of roadway between Kennedy Drive and Burrville Quarry No. 4. Regular work hours for daytime work will be Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone.
