(Watch) Sen. Miner Outlines A Better Way to an Accountable CT Plan

Senator Miner, ranking member of the legislature’s Appropriations Committee, today played a key role in the Senate Republican Caucus’ effort in announcing a package of legislative proposals to enhance government transparency and accountability ahead of the 2022 legislative session.

The “Better Way to an Accountable Connecticut” plan includes initiatives to:

  • Increase oversight and transparency of federal COVID-19 relief funds
  • Establish accountability in overseeing federal infrastructure dollars
  • Safeguard opioid settlement funds
