Summer Roadwork Update – July 2021

Information from CT Dept. of Transportation on projects in Cornwall, Litchfield and Salisbury

 

 

CORNWALL

Milling and Resurfacing Project on Route 43 from Route 4 to Route 63

The milling portion of the project is scheduled to occur on Friday, July 30, 2021.The resurfacing portion of the project is scheduled to occur on Monday August 9, 2021, to Friday, August 20, 2021.

Motorists can expect delays and one lane alternating Traffic. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday).

 

LITCHFIELD

Milling and Resurfacing Project on Route 254 from the Thomaston town line to Route 118

The milling portion of the project is scheduled to occur from Monday, August 2, 2021, to Wednesday, August 11, 2021. The resurfacing  portion of the project is scheduled to occur from Monday, August 23, 2021, to Friday, September 3, 2021.

Motorists can expect delays and one lane alternating Traffic. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday).

 

SALISBURY

Public Information Meeting Concerning Rehabilitation of Bridge Carrying Salmon Kill Road Over Salmon Creek
