CT Senate Republicans Slam Democrats for Rushed 837 Page Implementer Bill Crafted in the Dark

This morning an 837 page “implementer” bill was dropped on our desks. It does far more than implement the budget. It contains major policy changes that failed to pass during the regular legislative session.

Democrats worked on the bill for four days. They gave Republicans four hours to read it. This is not government by the people.
