Land Use and Zoning Legislation in CT General Assembly Impacting Local Communities Informational Forum moderated by Senator Tony Hwang

 

PURPOSE: The purpose of the informational forum is to educate and raise awareness of existing statutory language impacting local land use and zoning and explain the application and interpretation of CT General Statute (CSG) 8-2 (local zoning authorities) and 8-30g (Affordable Housing).  And updates on the current efforts in CT General Assembly in proposed changes to land use and zoning in Housing and Planning and Development Committees.  We will also explore and better understand the mission and goals of DeSegregate CT.
