We helped a lot of seniors today!

Today in Ansonia, a Valley tradition continued!

For more than three decades, the senior health and wellness fair has taken place. Today, we hosted the free fair at Warsaw Park….drive-thru style.

People lined up early to receive free face masks and vital health and wellness resources. The first 100 cars received a box of food, including fresh fruits, vegetables, meat and dairy items, courtesy of the USDA Farmers to Family Food Box program.

As your State Senator, it is an honor for me to help connect vulnerable area seniors with resources that they may not know are available to them and resources that they may need in the future.

Thank you to the many vendors and friends from throughout the 17th Senate District and beyond who helped to make this event such a SUCCESS yet again!
