Senator Witkos Visits Apex Community Care in Torrington

Torrington, CT – Senator Kevin Witkos (R-Canton) recently met with staff at Apex Community Care at their Torrington office.

Apex, based in Danbury, provides services ranging from HIV/AIDS support and resources, harm reduction and prevention services, substance use and mental health disorders and various support groups.

“I greatly appreciated the opportunity to learn more about this organization and the time that I was able to spend with their staff and I’m grateful for their work supporting individuals in need.  These services and resources are so important for so many people and I’m glad that Apex is helping to address these issues and help our neighbors in need” said Senator Witkos.
