Watch: Sen. Champagne Advocates for Long-Term Care Services; Supports Two Raised Bills That Aid Policyholders

On Tuesday, March 10, Sen. Champagne provided testimony in support of a raised bill (Raised S.B. 329) intended to provide more stability and transparency for long-term care policyholders.

Although not included in his testimony, Sen. Champagne also supports a separate raised bill (Substitute for Raised H.B. 5099) that would provide tax credits to those who purchase long-term care policies.
