Congratulations!  I was pleased to attend today’s grand re-opening of the Montville McDonald’s at 538 Norwich-New London Turnpike.  It was great to join Owner/Operators Dick and Kathy Spero, state lawmakers and restaurant employees to hear about the “Archways to Opportunity” program.  This program provides tuition assistance for any higher education of $2500-$3000 every year; a free high school diploma track and “English Under the Arches” for English language learners.
