Nighttime Milling and Resurfacing Project, Route 110 in Shelton

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (DOT) will conduct a milling and resurfacing project on Route 110 in Shelton, beginning Wednesday, October 3, 2018.

Nearly 2 miles of Route 110 in Shelton will be milled and resurfaced between Oct. 3 and Oct. 22.  DOT anticipates million the section of roadway between Oct. 3 and Oct. 11. Resurfacing is expected to be performed between Oct. 14 and Oct. 22.

LANE CLOSURE INFO

Motorists can expect lane closures on Route 110 from .02 mile north of Petremont Lane to .15 mile south of  Route 8.  Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Sunday night through Thursday night.

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
