“That’s a Mileage Tax!”

Outgoing Gov. Malloy’s Transportation Commissioner envisions a 3.5 cent per mile charge on CT motorists.

After learning of that per-mile vision, a taxpayer who Gov. Malloy would refer to as a “Know-Nothing” made the following observation:

“That’s a Mileage Tax!”

Gov. Malloy referred to toll opponents as “Know-Nothings”, but the “Know-Nothings” know a lot more than he gives them credit for.
