State Senator Henri Martin (right) welcomes Special Olympic Athlete Anthony Thibeault (Southington) and his golf partner Dale Akerley (Bristol) to the State Capitol in Hartford. Anthony will compete in the 2018 Special Olympic World Games in Seattle in June. He competes in unified golf with Dale Akerley as his partner.
