Senator Boucher Honors Former First Lady Barbara Bush in Senate Circle

Barbara Bush had a tremendous impact on our nation as the First Lady of our 41st President of the United States and the mother of the 43rd. She is one of the most admired First Ladies who was known for her grace and compassion, as well as her fierce devotion to family.
