“I can’t give you final answers at this point…”
That was the CT DOT Commissioner’s reply to me during a public conversation about CT tolls.

There are many questions about CT tolls, their locations, and their costs….
…and there are NO answers.
If you agree that the legislature should not even vote on tolls until we have answers….

Bill 5393 would create an unelected Authority that would build, maintain and operate electronic tolling systems on CT highways.
