Announcement: Public Information Meeting Re: Replacement of Route 123 Bridge in New Canaan

The Department of Transportation will conduct a Public Information Meeting concerning the proposed replacement of the Route 123 Bridge over Rose Brook in New Canaan. The public information meeting is being held to afford a full opportunity for public participation and to allow open discussion of any views and comments the community may have concerning this proposed project.
What: Public Information Meeting Re: Replacement of Route 123 Bridge in New Canaan
When: January 17, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.
Where: New Canaan Town Hall Board Room, 77 Main Street, New Canaan
There are right-of-way impacts associated with the proposed improvements. It is anticipated that two temporary construction easements will be necessary. Construction is expected to start in the Spring of 2019.
Plans of the proposed project will be on display for public review. Additionally, Department of Transportation personnel will be available during the meeting to discuss this project.
