NAUGATUCK   – Sen. George S. Logan (left) is greeted by a student during his Apr. 28 tour of the Early Childhood Center at Central Avenue School in Naugatuck.  Logan, who serves on the state legislature’s Education Committee, was guided on the tour by The Center’s Director Jackie Bacon (center).  Logan represents Ansonia, Beacon Falls, Bethany, Derby, Hamden, Naugatuck and Woodbridge.
