Senator Somers Welcomes Sterling Essay Contest Winners to the Capitol

HARTFORD, Conn. – Today State Senator Heather Somers (R-Groton) welcomed essay contest winners from Sterling to the Capitol in Hartford. Sixth grader Olivia Young, seventh grader Julia Proulx and eighth grader Olivia LaRose were welcomed with a booming round of applause in the Senate chambers on Thursday, May 25.
