Senator McLachlan Welcomes Henry Abbot Students to the Capitol

State Senator Michael McLachlan (R-24) recently welcomed students from Henry Abbott Technical High School to the state capitol in Hartford. He talked to the Danbury students about state government and how residents can impact public policy through voting or serving in elected office. The students also toured the capitol building where legislators  vote on proposed laws.
