(Naugatuck) State Senator Craig Miner (center left), chair of the General Assembly’s Environment Committee and State Senator George Logan (center right) toured Environmental Products Corp (Envipco) headquartered in Naugatuck on April 21st. Plant manager Nick Augulli (right) and Mike Wellman (left) President of Container Collection Services showed the senators around their facility.
