Sen. George S. Logan on Mar. 9 welcomed to the State Capitol students from Hamden High School’s Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA) program. DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools and colleges around the globe. Sen.
