Attention Senior Citizens – Plan to Cut Your Social Security Taxes

Tomorrow (Tuesday) you can be heard on an issue vital to your pocketbook. A bill I support would exempt your Social Security earnings from being taxed as income.

The public is invited to speak on this legislation – House Bill 6987 —–Tuesday February 7th at 10 AM in Room 2E of the Legislative Office Building.

If you wish to speak on paying taxes on your Social Security and how it will affect you, sign up starts at 9 AM. Copies can be submitted by email by sending them to [email protected] or if you are bringing written testimony 25 copies will be needed for the committee.
