Waterford–State Senator Paul Formica, state Representative Kathleen McCarty and state Representative Mike France attended a Care 4 Kids discussion at Waterford Town Hall on Friday January 6th.

Care 4 Kids helps low to moderate income families in Connecticut pay for child care costs. This program is sponsored by the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood.
