Sen. Hwang, Westport Arts Advocates Attend “CT Arts Day” at Capitol
Sen. Tony Hwang on Mar. 2 joined with advocates from across Connecticut for “CT Arts Day” at the State Capitol.
Sen. Hwang spoke to attendees about the importance of the arts in education, as an economic driver, and as a way to inject vitality into communities.
Among those in attendance were representatives from the Westport Arts Center and the Westport Playhouse.
Sen. Hwang represents Easton, Fairfield, Newtown, Weston and Westport.
