Sen. John A. Kissel to Attend Combined Maintenance Shop Ribbon Cutting in Windsor Locks

Windsor Locks-State Senator John A. Kissel (R-Enfield) will join Governor Dannel P. Malloy and Major General Thaddeus J. Martin of the Connecticut Military Department to cut the ribbon for the new Combined Support Maintenance Shop ribbon cutting in Windsor Locks.

The shop, which broke ground in 2013, will serve as the maintenance headquarters and repair facility for approximately vehicles and specialized equipment assigned to the Connecticut Army National Guard.
