The Courant is right to warn taxpayers to prepare for more budgetary problems ahead.
The state’s budget chief has said Connecticut is in a “permanent fiscal crisis.”
More large deficits soon await us.
How long will we remain in crisis mode?
As long as budgets are passed that do little to change the structure of how our state taxes and spends.
