Guglielmo: They are a Stafford tradition.

Hartford, CT – State Senator Tony Guglielmo (R-Stafford) released the following statement re: the closing of the Bakers Country Furniture.

“This business has been an important part of the Stafford family for decades. The Rossi family has worked very hard to build a business and raise a family.

“After opening their furniture store in the 1800’s it is remarkable and a testament to their quality craftsmanship that they have survived so long. I am saddened at the loss of this Stafford landmark, but understand from a business perspective when it’s time it’s time.

“I wish John Rossi and his family the best of luck in whatever is next.
