Easton Legislative Delegation Postpones Feb. 12 Town Hall Meeting

February 10, 2015

In light of the forecast for more snow Thursday, and because the safety of constituents will always come first, Senator Tony Hwang and Rep. John Shaban made the decision Tuesday to postpone their Feb. 12 town hall meeting in Easton.

The town’s two state legislators are working to coordinate a new date sometime in March. The rescheduled date will enable Senator Hwang and Rep. Shaban to provide a more comprehensive and detailed legislative update, as it will take place after Governor Dannel P. Malloy presents his proposed budget for the next two fiscal years.

A new date for the town hall meeting will be posted on each legislator’s website and also distributed to local media outlets.
