Plainville Town Manager Robert Lee (left) and Sen. Henri Martin (right) met Jan. 26 in Town Hall to discuss issues facing Plainville. Sen. Martin, who represents Bristol, Harwinton, Plymouth and Thomaston in addition to Plainville, said he aims to do all he can at the State Capitol to protect property taxpayers, to preserve education funding and to fight burdensome unfunded state government mandates.
