Senator McKinney Discusses His Plan to Combat Waste, Fraud and Abuse of Taxpayer Dollars Throughout State Government (legislative testimony and audio)

State Senate Minority Leader John McKinney submitted the following testimony Monday to the Connecticut General Assembly’s General Government Administration and Elections (GAE) Committee in support of his proposal to create a State Office of Inspector General to root out waste, fraud and abuse of taxpayer dollars throughout state government.
