State Senate Minority Leader John McKinney submitted the following testimony Monday to the Connecticut General Assembly’s General Government Administration and Elections (GAE) Committee in support of his proposal to create a State Office of Inspector General to root out waste, fraud and abuse of taxpayer dollars throughout state government.
