Please Double Check Your Electric Bill

Electricity customers in Connecticut are being warned of price spikes by some power suppliers which are nearly doubling what regulated utilities are charging.

State officials are investigating the price increases, but in the meantime, consumers are urged to check their electric bills and to be diligent about contractual terms when signing up for electricity from a supplier.
