On Dec. 7 in Colchester, Sen. Art Linares (pictured) held a Toy Drive outside of CVS in Tri-Town Plaza to benefit Colchester Social Services. Sen. Linares thanked area residents for donating dozens of gifts for needy area children this holiday season.
