Sen. Art Linares (at top right) participated in the Healthy Community, Healthy Youth Summit held Oct. 29 at the Old Saybrook High School Media Center. At the summit, which was organized by Old Saybrook Youth & Family Services, participants discussed ways in which to further the growth potential of community youth through asset building. Sen.
