Sen. Kissel Welcomes Spanish Exchange Students, Enfield High to Capitol

Sen. John A. Kissel on Oct. 10 welcomed Spanish exchange students from Valladolid, Spain and students from Enfield High School to the State Capitol Complex in Hartford. The Spanish students are part of the CT SPAIN 3 week partnership program between Enfield and Valladolid. Sen. Kissel took questions from the students and spoke about the legislative process in Connecticut. Attached photo: Sen.
