Q & A sessions about Military Retiree Health Care Benefits

US Family Health Plan, a DoD contractor for Tricare Prime in Connecticut, is conducting Question and Answer Briefings about Connecticut Prime Service Area changes for
Military Retirees and their families and how they may continue to have Tricare Prime for their military health benefits.

The briefings are scheduled as follows:
Tuesday August 13, Hourly presentations from 3pm to 7pm
Tuesdays September 10, 17 and 24, hourly presentations from 3pm to 7pm

at the American Legion Post 71, located at
