(photo) In Clinton: Kristin Brooks Honored for Work With Local Youth

At a May 30 ceremony at Clinton Town Hall, Sen. Art Linares presented Partners in Community Drug-Free Grant Coordinator Kristin Brooks with an official state citation commending her for her work in making the Clinton community a safe, healthy, substance-free area for youth through positive attitudes and lifestyle choices. After 3½ years of making a positive mark on Clinton, Brooks is moving to Ohio and stepping down from her Clinton career.

The state citation was co-signed by Sen. Linares and Rep. Tom Vicino.

“Kristin has done so much for the young people of Clinton in a short amount of time,” Sen. Linares said. “This citation is a way for us to thank her for her hard work, and to tell her we wish her all the best in the future.”
