Autism Day at the Capitol

Hartford, CT – State Senator Jason Welch (R-Bristol) joins Melissa Willette and her daughter Alison at Autism Day at the state Capitol in Hartford.

Alison is leading the charge to get blue Autism awareness ribbons distributed throughout Bristol.

Senator Welch delivered a special citation to Alison that states:

In Recognition of your courage to speak out on behalf of the autistic community. Your words bring awareness and encouragement to many. Your actions prove that individuals with autism are awesome. Congratulations and keep up the great work!
