Cheshire, CT – Senator Joe Markley (R-Southington) joined Mr. and Mrs. Richard Jaffe and the entire Richard Chevrolet team for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at their newly redesigned and renovated 37,000 facility at 1405 Highland Avenue in Cheshire. The striking and spacious new building will make access to customer service more convenient and bring technology at the business into the 21st century.

“It is a real pleasure to help celebrate the success of a family-owned business right in town,” said Sen. Markley. “It has been a very impressive success, and a great benefit to our community. For thirty-eight years, Richard Chevrolet has been at the same spot on Route 10, a real landmark in the area and a good neighbor.

“Richard Chevrolet is now Connecticut’s largest Chevrolet dealership. I know the family takes great pride in providing good job for more than seventy men and women. I can think of nothing more American than selling and servicing Chevy’s.”

The secret to this businesses success was offered by the General Manager, Jason Vianese: “We have always been committed to our customers, our employees and our community, and the investment in this new facility allows us to continue to serve them for decades to come.”

The ceremony commemorating the new state of the art facility also included brief remarks by regional Chevrolet representatives.
