  • Public Act 12-13, An Act Concerning Critical Congenital Heart Disease Screening For Newborn Infants.
  • Public Act 12-137, An Act Concerning Visitation Rights For Grandparents And Other Persons.

“Being a part of a grandchild’s life is irreplaceable,” continued Senator Kelly. “I am happy to have been able to pass this legislation so that grandparents can rest assured that their right to visit grandchildren has been protected.”
